DBE Goals for Fiscal Year 2024

Fenton Mobility Products, Inc. has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for Fiscal Year 2024; in accordance with US Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR Part 26. Our anticipated program goal of .26% will be submitted to reflect potential DBE participation in contract activities with Federally funded projects and in particular NYS DOT Projects bid through the Office of General Services (OGS), MTA and Rochester Genesee Regional Transit Authority.

In our effort to include DBE’s with equal opportunity to participate in FTA Funded Contracts, Fenton Mobility Products, Inc. will meet the maximum feasible portion of its overall goal by using 100% race-neutral and 0% race-conscious means of facilitating DBE participation. Fenton Mobility Products, Inc. encourages the public to comment and share their experience competing for, or working on, these types of projects.

Fenton Mobility is a modifier of Commercial WC Accessible Vans and we actively seek DBE Vendors to supply us with goods and services to fulfill our contract obligations. Any/All interested DBE’s are encouraged to contact us to determine if your products meet the criteria set in our current or future contracts; providing certifications, compliance documentation and fair-market pricing.
