Terms and Conditions for Plan-A-Van Virtual Vehicle Builder

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Plan-A-Van virtual vehicle builder (the “Service”), operated by Fenton Mobility Products (the “Company”). Your use of the Plan-A-Van virtual vehicle builder constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Service

The Plan-A-Van Service is a virtual vehicle builder designed to allow customers to create a preliminary layout of seats, wheelchairs, and stretchers/cots within a vehicle template. The primary purpose of the Service is to give users a rough idea of potential configuration options available for their mobility needs.

2. Layout Accuracy and Representation

  • Reference Only: All layouts and configurations generated by the Plan-A-Van Service are for reference only. The digital representation is a conceptual tool and must not be considered a final design or specification.
  • Scale and Size: The virtual layouts may not be true to size or scale. Factors such as vehicle dimensions, specific product clearances, structural components, and mounting requirements are simplified or omitted for the purpose of preliminary visualization.
  • No Guarantee of Fit: Fenton Mobility Products provides no guarantee that the virtual layout you create will translate perfectly into a physically working configuration in a real vehicle.

3. Build Process and Layout Confirmation

  • Final Verification: The feasibility of your selected layout can only be fully confirmed during the actual vehicle building and modification process.
  • Required Modifications: If an issue is discovered during the vehicle build (e.g., due to vehicle structure, safety regulations, product constraints, or dimensional conflicts), a new layout discussion may be necessary. You acknowledge and agree that modifications to the virtual layout may be required, and a revised configuration may need to be agreed upon before the build can be completed.
  • Liability: Fenton Mobility Products is not liable for delays, costs, or changes necessitated by the discovery that a virtual layout cannot be physically implemented as designed in the Service.

4. Communication and Follow-Up

  • Team Outreach: By using the Service and submitting a layout, you agree that a member of the Fenton Mobility Products team may reach out to you. This outreach will be to provide you with more detailed, accurate, and essential information regarding your selected preliminary layout, discuss feasibility, and proceed with the official design and quotation process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including virtual vehicle models, interface design, and underlying software) are the exclusive property of Fenton Mobility Products and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Acceptance of Terms: Your use of the Plan-A-Van virtual vehicle builder constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
