Submit a Return

At Fenton Mobility, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. Whether you’re looking to return an item due to a change of mind or because it wasn’t quite the right fit, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. To begin your return, please follow the step-by-step instructions below. Providing complete and accurate information will help us process your request quickly. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we’re committed to ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Returns Process

  1. Fill out and submit the “Submit a Claim” form and receive a “Claim ID”.
  2. The Fenton Mobility team will assess the claim to determine if the product is a warrantable item.
  3. If determined to be warrantable, the customer fills out the “submit a return” form with their “claim ID”.
  4. Fenton Mobility will send the customer a replacement part (at the customer’s expense).
  5. To receive a credit for the replacement part, the customer must send back the defective part.
    a) Fenton Mobility will send the customer a packing slip for the return.
    b) It is required that the customer take photos of the packaged components as proof of the quality before shipping.
    c) The return form PDF must be printed and placed in the returned package.
  6. If determined NOT to be warrantable, please fill out the “submit a return” form with your “claim ID”.
  7. Once the claim is submitted, you have 14 days to return the item and must pay for shipping.
    a) It is required that you take photos of the packaged components as proof of the quality before shipping.
    b) The return form PDF must be printed and placed in the returned package.
  8. Once the part is received by Fenton Mobility, the product is checked in.
  9. The part is then reviewed by the Quality Team, who verify that there is no damage or missing parts.
  10. If the part is undamaged and complete, it will be returned to stock, and Fenton Mobility will notify accounting to issue a credit for the part only (less the shipping cost).
  11. If the item is returned damaged from shipping, Fenton Mobility reserves the right to submit a shipping claim with the carrier prior to releasing a credit back to you, the customer.
